Introduction of uncoiler and feeding table of roll forming machine
Regularly If one customer buy 5 rib metal roof making machine, we will present the customer a manual decoiler with a load-bearing capacity of 5 tons. Its main function is to unwind the raw material steel coil, which can facilitate the roll forming of raw material. According to customer needs, we also provide electric decoilers and hydraulic decoilers with different load-bearing capacities for zinc sheet machine, cz purlin roll forming machine, metal stud and track roll forming machine, steel deck making machine.
After uncoiling and before roll forming, the raw materials will pass through the feeding table. The main function is to level the raw materials and place it in the correct position , and to avoid the raw materials from deviating the direction during the machining process. In addition, there is a hand knife on the right side of the feeding table, which can cut raw materials to the required length, saving raw materials.
